We take the opportunity to underline the importance of an IT support and maintenance contract and if you have not stipulated one, we request you to contact our sales area at the mail address sales@osatech.ch or call it at 0041 (0)91 690 17 25 

For all customers with a support and maintenance contract, the technical activities carried out remotely will simply be subtracted from the total number of service hours.

WARNING

OSA TECH GROUP SA

For customers with no contract, the cost of the service is 160 CHF/hour plus VAT.

The minimum billing time is half an hour.
